Advertised, paid, but no stock!!

I have paid for a small fridge and was said there is no stock but there are available, coming, at Game Worcester. I have phoned for the last two days and still no answer, not on if it is there or whether on the way, and no reply from them either. Why then advertise an item if they can't supply it. It's ridiculous.
