Advertised items not available for 10 days now!!

I saw Game advertising Pro Nutrition Lipocut 120 caps with Pro Nutrition Flav drops for R149.99. I went to the Brakpan branch and they had no stock. On the 14/01 I went to your Centurion branch and again no stock was available. I spoke to the manager Maurice and he checked the system only to say that there is no stock but the DC has dispensed 48 units but he couldn’t tell where the stock was heading. Today is the 24/01 and in 10 days Game could not get their suppliers to supply stock?? This is an ongoing battle with Game regarding stock being advertised but when you get their they don’t have the stock . In today’s tough trading environment customers wants value for money and thus shop around however it’s costing more in fuel expenses as you have to drive around to their branches to try and hopefully get the promotional items! Poor service
