Advertised items always out of stock

I phoned Game Stellenbosch to find out if they have stock of the Monaco black chair (772085). The guy had me holding on for 20 minutes to find out if they have stock. After 20 minutes I got disconnected. I phoned again, just for the guy in a rude manner inform me that they never had stock of the chair for a while, only one for display. Yet they advertise it in a brochure on special. Previous special that they had on a standing fan for R249, same thing happened. They did not have stock. This was on the first day of the promotion. Their service is shocking. Staff is rude and does not know what products they have in their store. Wont ever buy from them again!!!!
