accused of fighting with a customer who attempted

I went shopping in eastgate on Saturday morning around 12am and decided to get some supplements from game. I was approached by a lady on my right asking me about a supplement and out of my good deed I offered to help as there was no one that could assist in that department. As I was assisting the woman I felt on my left a male tried pulling my phone out my pocket. I had a quick reaction looking straight at my pocket to see his hand there and my phone dropping. I than got into an argument with the man and we got into a fight. We were stopped by other customers in the store than the manager named Joe arrived with other workers. I told them the story but was threatened that they will just call the cops to arrest us. I was taken to the back room while the other male was supposed to be taken to another room but instead of that they released him. I was approached by a casual clothed looking man who I was told runs the security system and all. I told him I want to see the cameras to get the male and accomplice arrested but I was threatened by him I will be sent to jail if I was wrong aswell as they did not bother looking for the pickpockets to avoid this happening again.
