account up to date but still on hold
My dad was retreched in last year and his account was put on hold, but now my dad has a new job and want the hold to be taken of from the account he queried this 2weeks ago at game where they asked for proof that he is working and he did provide them with the necesary documents and was advised to wait 48working hours but 2weeks later the account is still on hold
