Account Problem

Good Day

I have open an game account at Middelburg Mpumalanga about 9 years ago I Reganald Jenaima Dekker, ID *** 081, Game Account no: ***3 0540 863

They said they handed me over in 2014, because they said I didn't pay my account. I went to the bank to arrange a debit order off R300 a month. I went back to game in October 2019 to find out how much I am Still owing game. Then they told me I never made a payment till to day??????

How is this possible ????? I make every month a payment off R300, but they didn't receive any off that money, I went to the bank to get bank statements and from May 2017 they deducted R300 for game from my account, I mailed the statements on th 6 off January 2020, the email address they gave me keeps coming back saying the email does not exist, Then I took the the statements to game it self on the 6 off January 2020, so that they can send it thru for me.

Every time when I call they have stories, Now I must go to get a Target die tail from the bank, because they tell me they are not sure if the money went off or coming back,

I am Sick and Tired for shunting me around, on the end off the day I am going to use more petrol than I already have paid on my game account.. It Feels like they are busy *****ing from me, what more must I do to sort this Trouble out, every time they have all kind off stories so I beg you to help me to sort out this ****.
