Account nightmare

I had a game account which I closed with them in January 2021. I paid the account in full and asked them to close it. And send me my paid up letter.

Fast forward we in May 2021 I want to buy a house and game didn't update my credit status with them they blocked me from getting credit for my home you can understand the frustration I had. May 2021 I never owed anything I always paid them on time and they have a nerve to put that acc status as pending. It took them 5 months to do their job which still they haven't sent me that paid up letter. They have bull**** services.
