Account keep on going in arears after paying the settlement amount

Good day ,
Kindly be advised that I've paid an amount of R84.07 on the 05 April 2016 at the Game store in Mitchell's Plain , Promenade mall. I was advised by the staff member to whom I settled the above mentioned amount, that this was a settlement amount that would mean after paying this amount my account would be settled as she called the head office to obtain this " settlement amount " which I had paid. I haven't bought anything on that card since .
In addition , I also don't receive any invoice to notify Me of any arrears , this is the first notice I've received . As I do pay my accounts on time .
If you could also advise how my account came into arrears after I had paid this R84.07 on the 5th April 2016.
in addition , I contacted the RCS call center today and was advised that I must send the copy of the proof of payment , even though they have a record on their system showing that I've paid. However i sent this email with the proof of payment . Also this is not the first time that this has happened ,I'm very unhappy with this poor service and would like this arrears amount to be removed as I do not feel I have to pay for this .

The consultant from RCS told me today via telephone that I may have been given the incorrect settlement amount that is why my account keep going in arrears , she also added that I can close the game account , as an option... It's not about closing accounts .. It's about people doing a proper job and taking accountability for mistakes that are made , someone should take ownership of these mistakes . As this arrears makes it look as if I don't pay my accounts , which I do in a timely manner.

I'd appreciate some feedback and assistance with this matter please and I'm really sorry for this message , but this whole ordeal is rather frustrating .

Many Thanks
