Account closure

On Monday the 4th of November 2019 I went to game store at Eastgate to close my account. The lady I found at the door told me to go to credit desk and when I got there there was no one to assist me after waiting for 10mins there were 3 staff members standing near me chatting I asked them if the person who works at credit desk is available they said they will call her they kept on calling her while I was waiting (standing) and I’m pregnant she came after 30mins. And when she came she didn’t even greet me I gave her my I’d n told her that I want to close my account she didn’t even look at it she just dialled an 021 number and it kept on ringing for like 30mins. After that 30mins I asked her if there’s no alternative number she said no I told her to give me the number and email address for closure she gave me. When I got home I googled the alternative number found and called they answered within 5mins and they told me that my account will be closed within 10days. The lady from eastgate game store is Ida or Eva she was very rude I’ve had my account for like a year and I’ve never experienced such a bad service.
