ABSOUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MANAGER NAMED LUCKY AT GAME BELAIR

I was shopping for a Christmas tree and upon looking at a display units that I liked I requested one that was the same, upon purchasing the item when I had arrived home and opened it, it was not the correct height, so I went back to game a few days later to exchange the unit. There was a male gentleman by the name of Lucky that had to be called to assist me as there was no one on duty at the Christmas section and the ladies who I had flagged down spoke in Zulu to each other saying that this isn't their department and i was with my mum who understands the language and then told them if this isn't their department, please call someone who can help us. Lucky came through and i was trying to explain to him that i had purchased a tree but was misguided by one of the staff members hence i am back as the height of the tree is not what i was told it would be, whilst speaking and trying to explain my situation that i had been misdirected and that the tree he is pointing to is actually 180cm and not 120 as he was insisting to me. He was extremely rude! Cutting me off whilst speaking and asking me if i want the 180cm or the 120cm, I then proceeded to advise him that he is being rude and not to raise his voice at me as i am only trying to explain to him what i am looking for. I then say that i am looking for the tree which is on display which is 180cm, he then checks where all of the trees are and tells me there's nothing, i then have to ask him to please go and check his SOH for the store and check if there is stock in the back which there was. I then requested the store manager only to find out that Lucky is indeed the manager on duty, i was totally disgusted! his lack of product knowledge and customer etiquette astonished me! How can a manager be so rude to customers? Does Game not provide customer training for their managers or staff?? they have absolutely no knowledge of the products in store nor how to treat customers! I will never in my life support a Game store again after the pathetic service i received!
