absolutely useless staff and *********** managers

absolutely ****py cust service I bought 2 hoover vacuum cleaners from them. Now I need new bags... for the past six months I hear great same story... sorry sir. No stock... we will contact u... six months down the line and visiting the store at leasr 8 times. Still no answer...absolutely useless..
