Absolutely ********** by Game for their online Black Friday deal. I stayed up till past midnight to access the deal and make payment. Payment was made at 00h29 and it was successful. Now I'm told that there is no stock and I was refunded. Which is a clear indication that walk in customers get 1st preference and online purchases are a waste of time. To make matters worse, their is zero customer care as I'm still waiting for a call back from management. Was told the turn around time is 48 hours which has now turned to 1 week.
