ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

I've purchased a Russell Hobbs standing water dispenser (Item no. ********** 7) and Russell Hobbs - P & M Bottle 20ltr (Item no. ********** 4) from GAME Lephalale on the 20th of December 2017. They didn't have stock on the water dispenser and told me it would be delivered from their warehouse on 22 December. When I arrived at the store on the 22 December the stock haven't arrived. They then told me it was changed on the system to be delivered on the 29th of December. Again when we went to the store today (29 December 2017) the stock was not on the delivery truck. I've phoned on 27 and 28 December 2017 to confirm that the stock will arrive on 29 December and the store employees gave me the assurance that they have spoken to the warehouse and the stock will definitely be delivered on the 29th of December. This is absolute poor service!!!
