Absolutely pathetic service! Please contact me to cancel order.

I have complained on this platform early in May, got a standard response that my call is logged and that someone will contact me. That has not happened. After days of complaining on Facebook someone eventually informed me that the item is out of stock. This is the worst service I have received in a long time. I know that things are hectic with COVID, but you seem to be able to lower the bar even lower than the current pathetic service levels elsewhere.

I want to cancel my order, but even that creates anxiety. If you can't even deal with a question, how bad is the cancelling and refunding experience going to be?
