Absolutely Pathetic

Stay away, the worst services ever if you do an online purchase. I bought an item online on 25 November and got an email confirmation to collect from Game Clearwater on 27 November. After calling the store on 27 November to confirm readiness, I was informed they had no stock, the manager Mr. Martins promised to collect the item from another store on the 28 and call us to collect. Today is the 2nd of December and we still do not have what we bought and none of the promises were fulfilled.
