ABSOLUTE HORROR!

What on earth is going on with this company??!! I went through hell and high water to get my order, i received it and then called in to say the screen is damaged and would like to exchange. I have sent 2 emails after this phone call, and not a single word back from Game! This service is beyond pathetic! Why do you guys even have an online store if you cant handle the influx. Absolutely no integrity in my opinion!
