A week later no delivery or communication

I bought a washing machine at Game Clearwater last week Friday and was promised delivery by Monday after 17:00, the machine was not delivered on Monday and I waited. Yesterday I called the store to follow up and was promised a call back but I still haven’t heard anything from the store. It’s been a week now without the machine. I’m so disappointed in Game
