A very unhappy customer

i bought a stove at mams mall.stopped working after 4 months, i took it back for repairs, they took it for 2 months no update nothing till i called the store and told me its been there for a while. why ddnt they call me to come collect, after collection the stove only worked for less than a week, they are telling me to bring it back again. meaning its another 2 months of no stove. i dont want it anymore, i want a refund or new stove. i asked for a manager they put me on hold fo an hour, i would not recomend this store!!
