A Very Angry And Disappointed Customer

Game Menlyn. I went to Game menlyn decided to go use my credit from pay just now there the shock and disappointment that I got there was totally a waste of me going there they not even helpful the only thing that they concentrated on is ***** nothing else this two cashiers at Menlyn the one who was scanning groceries for me and the lady who was helping with pay just now app...this cashier who was busy scanning with lot of make up she kept on looking at my baby as if his some sort of a monster I asked her to calculate with me the amount that is authorized and the remaining she just looked at me she didn't even bother to answer me and the assisting one she was so rude talking with her hands busy pointing pointing with actions on her face the lady was so rude I even said to her "Please talk to me the correct way not the way you talking as if I'm *****ing" and she was like "no I'm loud this is how I talk" WOW with everyone looking at me is this how Game cashiers treat customers i guess they all need to go to customer service trainings even the ones on floor they all look tired they've got non energy....going on the till point was worse for me as if I'm a ******* she literally made me so uncomfortable screaming she was not talking she was so loud even other customers where looking at me as if I'm caught doing *****...she kept on saying we've experienced too much ***** with this pay just now she requested me to do each and every step with my phone on the till, she was like put your phone here so that we can see each and every step I ended up making mistakes authorized R814 groceries instead of R1900 its all because of her, I've been using the app for quite some time I've never experienced such R271 went out of my bank she's now telling me to call pay just now to refund me with my airtime I was treated like a ********* as if I'm there to ***** I'm so disappointed the only nicest treatment I received was from the lady who helped me with a calculator who was working at the cigarettes department she's a good person as for those two spoiled my entire night 😡
