A Raw Deal received from Vereening Game Store

I sent a complainant via hello peter about the raw deal received from Game.This was pertaining to Defy Fridge I purchased but could not even last a year then it got broken. The freezer is no working and caused me a meat amounting to R800.00 which got rotten. The matter was reported to my dismay the positive response is not forthcoming .I'm therefore devastated owing to a poor service they've rendered to me I never thought Game provide this raw deal to customers.
