A Raw Deal received from Vereening Game Store

I lodged a written complaint to Game's via email on the 5th April 2018. The complaint was formal stating abundantly clear as what is my query.I bought a fridge last 22 May 2017 which gave headache from March this year I then registered my complaint with Game Vereening and indicated to Ms Blache that Defy fridge is not acceptable to me because that brand seem to be of poor quality thus it should be replaced promptly over and above the poor quality it has already spoiled meat amounting to R 800.I want to believe this is a raw deal to be accorded this type of deal never lasted a year with prize tag of that exorbitant amount your expedited intervention will be highly adored and finally be held in high esteemA
