A month later still waiting for the fridge to be delivered

I bought a Fridge at Game Vincent East London on 16th of November they promised to deliver on the 24th of November till today the fridge has not been delivered. They are not communicating, I call the customer service to help, they keep on telling me that they are escalating the issue but till today more than a month later, I have not received the fridge. I want my money back at this point.The sales order number is *** if someone cares to help
