A huge disappointment

I wrote a complaint here on hellopeter they got back to me after so many days however my issue has not been resolved when the agent spoke to me i asked for a recording of my phone call and that I should email *** the email doesn't work when I asked to speak to a manager i was told she works remotely ! What madness is this how much more do I ran or how much do I call games to sort this issue out !
