A frustrated costumer

I am very disappointed and frustrated at how poor the service is and how dishonest the staff members are at Game JHB cbd. I went there to get a new Game mystore card and the RCS lady who was assisting made me wait for more than an hour and when she finally showed up she never greeted just sat down and opened a snuff as if that wasn't enough when she finally activated a new card I asked if she needed my new employment details or verifications since I haven't used it since 2017 she said no everything was fine. In less that 24 hours a purchase was made from that card which was in my possession and I was at home, a new card with details known by only me and the consultant. I hope I'm not being misunderstood but how likely is it for ********** purchases to go off a new card that has never been used for purchases before just few hour after the card was issued?
