A distressed student with a malfunctioning laptop!

So Game Baywest (Port Elizabeth) and their laptop repair agent, Ensure Services, think they can take customers for a ride. On 02 May 2020 we purchased an HP laptop with a 1 year warranty via the game website. On 13 November 2020 (approximately 6 months after purchase) the laptop started glitching/screen flickering and was booked in for repairs on the same date by Game after we took it in-store. After months of waiting, the "repaired" laptop was returned on 06 February 2021 (approximately 3 months "repairing" the glitch). On 08 April 2021 (approximately 2 months after being "repaired") the same problem started to occur again and dated video evidence was stored on the laptop. On 12 May 2021, we tried to book in the laptop for repairs or even get a new one but Game said the 1 year purchase warranty had expired and Ensure Services said the repair warranty of 3 months had also expired even after informing them that dated videos show that the problem within 2 months. These people took 3 months to ****-repair a student device during this period where online learning requires uninterrupted access to a laptop. I'm not sure if this was a quick fix to make sure the warranty expired so that both companies could leave the customer with zero support or what? To top it all, Ensure Services advised that the laptop be booked in again at the customers expense so maybe they can real-repair this time around? APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
