A customer service hero- Eric Nqaba

After weeks of hoping to different Game stores seeking assistance with retrieving a purchase slip for a refrigerator bought in 2020 for warranty purposes today I went to Game The Glen and Eric Nqaba managed to help retrieve the slip! I was directed to a few store reps to help with my request, fortunately Eric was next to his colleague as I was explaining my request and offered to help, he asked me questions which none of the 5+ store assistants I have been through between Game South Gate Mall and Game the Glen and that became the end of my misery with locating the old receipt😅

Thank you for your willingness to assist and 'cracking the code' Eric, your served me with a smile, your passion for your job became fully reflective as you worked through my query, at no point did the request seem burdensome to you.
