A complete nightmare
Had such a horrible experience with placing an order online with game - it's been a complete nightmare. I've been waiting 11 working days to receive my order and I've been calling in every single day to chase my order. Game has broken their policy as it states they will deliver within 7-10 days. I have been badly inconvenience due to this. After waiting for 11 working days I get a call this morning just to tell me the item is out of stock. This is after being promised by different agents that my item will be delivered. If I don't receive my item within the next 24hours I'm happy to file an investigation with the ombudsman.
I'm rating Game a 1 as there is no 0 available.

24 Feb 2021, 12:36This response does not provide me with any information as to what will happen next. Everyone is saying it's been escalated but Noone is making contact and giving us information. So of course frustration is only getting worse as we sitting with not know what will happen next.
