A comparative between Game online and Loot.co.za(online)

Extremely satisfied with Game Online. For Black Friday I had ordered a fridge. You pay a standard delivery. Game issues you a date of delivery.

The gentleman who delivered the fridge called me to check that I was home before the delivery.

The delivery-men who delivered the fridge, removed the packaging for me and placed the fridge where I needed it.

The fridge was delivered undamaged and in perfect working condition with nothing broken and vibrating.

A gentleman from Game called me to follow up that my fridge was delivered.

In its entirety from the conception of the order right till the delivery and the follow-up, it was a great customer experience.

If I have to compare Game Online to Loot.co.za(online) I would NEVER recommend you buy ANYTHING from Loot.co.za. The return agents from (Loot.co.za) are absolutely HORRID to deal with, NEVER follow-up, NEVER return a call, and only when the Consumer Protection Act was mentioned did Loot.co.za take any measure of collecting a damaged item they had delivered.
