A big round of applause to Nathi - smiling but humble and the bubbly Roal please

After complaining on this platform, I personally visited Game Kokstad for my laptop. I was assisted by Nathi - whom I believe is a Store Manager. The guy never complained about anything instead he was wearing a huge smile on his face and showing willingness to assist. I do not know how many times he apologised for the service that was previously rendered . He then called one of the guys at the Laptop dept, the name on the badge was ROAL, he then advised me on which laptop to go for, he was so full of energy and proud of what he was saying in so much that I forgot I had a complaint just the other day. I spent more than half an hour Roal giving me a lecture on how to take care of my new gadget. I left the store, later I met Roal at the shopping centre near Sportscene, the face he was wearing at the store was the same and the lecture continued. I laughed my lungs out. Its great to have people like Nathi at your stores - humble. Roal - bubbly
