9 Parts missing from storage unit - and very bad delivery turn around time for online shoppers

Extremely horrible shopping online at Game ! I placed my order on the 27th September 2021 and only received it 19 October 2021 after many many emails and calls to get an update on my order and have not received any solid service. I Received my order today missing 9 pieces on an Addis drawer that I purchased. I am missing 9 parts that connect to this storage unit, and have not received any feedback yet
