I have been fighting with this retail store for the past 7 months, and I got no solution.. Only to come back with another **** story.. Compensation refund for the inconvenience and poor service I received from ordering online to customer care to the social media representatives. Promised a measly refund of R259.. Within 7 days of our lat conversation, it's day 15 and still no refund.. Called in several times and only resolution is that its escalated.. Really pathetic for such a huge business that cannot deliver on any of their promises whether it be product or service or even their service recovery process.. Totally disgusting
