7th day and no delivery.

every time I purchase something from game online it takes close to a month for delivery. it is now the 7th working day and my item is not delivered. i was informed there is no stop but yet when you check on the website the item is listed. I have chattered to tiffanys who blatantly ignores my chats and Amaarah who also was suppose to provide me with feedback and no feedback yet. please can I get a manager to contact me urgently.
