7 WEEKS and WAITING .PATHETIC SERVICE

Oh my goodness I cannot believe that 7 weeks later there has still been no communication as to when my order will be delivered. This is an order placed On 29 November 2019 . Order *** which has not been received by me till date. Game's delivery promise is 7-10 working days.

After numerous calls and countless we will get back to you (which never happens ), I'm left not knowing if I was ****med by a company I thought was reputable. How come no one is getting back to me? My matter was apparently escalated around 30 December 2019 but nothing has been done.

Game online is this how you treat your customers? No care, no accountability?

I expect my package to be delivered no later than end of next week or refund me my money back. This is reallt pathetic service.
