Bought a washing machine in November 2020, had the incorrect item delivered, took them 3 weeks to come pick it up and we are currently in the second week of January 2021 and I am still waiting for my refund

Everyone is escalating The manager is never available Sometimes you will hold until the agents actually hang up on you I don’t understand why we have to beg for everything with this company Why did I have to beg you to come pick up your item that was incorrectly delivered and why am I begging for my money back?????
