5 Month old TV stopped working
I bought a tv from Game end of March this year. Last night we were busy watching tv when it just went off for no reason. Sleep mode light is on but won’t turn on. Today I took it back to Game and they now have to send it away for 2 to 3 weeks instead of giving me a new one. Come on, really, the tv is 5 months old. I am honestly not even interested to get it back because if it gives in after just 5 months, what’s going to happen in 6 or 7 months? Why can’t you just send it back for repairs and give me a new one?

14 Sept 2017, 10:32Game Riversquare gave me a refund because my tv has been discontinued, thanks for that. I then chose another tv but they did not have stock so I had to go to Game Vaal Mall. What a disaster, people are standing around doing nothing but also dont want to help you. After an hour, we got helped with the tv. When i got home and plugged it in, i discovered that there was a big round white mark on the tv when it shows a gray background. I took it back the next day but was informed that they dont have money to refund me, really R3800 and you dont even have that. I will NEVER buy from Game ever ever again, would rather stay without than buy from them.
