43 days no laptop no refund

I bought a laptop at game at east london vincent park on February 2017 and took for repairs on 10 July 2017 at game gillwell but was told the customer services staff was out of office and will be back so I must leave it they will book for repairs and call me but until I went to the shop to ask again what is happening on the 14 July that when it was booked for repairs and I have been making follow ups but after 43 days it has not returned and when i went to check they are telling the company they are working with is offline they can check the progress, I am so frustrated no laptop not refund
