41 days and still no delivery

I ordered a Hisenses H299BI fridge on the Game Online store on the 11th of December 2018. At first I thought that I should go to one of the branches and buy it myself but seeing that they promise delivery between 3-5 days and only charge R50 delivery fee this was a no-brainer. Two days later I received an SMS from Game saying that I will receive an SMS from the couriers confirming the delivery date. This never happened. On the 26th of December I received a call from Game and they asked me to rate there service and if I am happy with my fridge. I informed the guy that I never even received the item. On the 9th of January I phoned Game Online customer care and explained everything to them. The lady said that she would follow up and let me know what's going on. I received about 4 phone calls from her on the same day but without any conclusive information. She promised me that she will call me first thing on the morning of the 10th but I never heard from her again. A week later I phoned their customer service again and still it was the same story. "We are waiting for feedback from the couriers". I could not wait any longer and decided to call Time Freight myself. I spoke to their Game representative and she informed me that my fridge got lost. This made me very skeptical seeing that someone phoned me to rate the product and service and then all of a sudden my fridge got lost??? According to her, she did inform Game about this in December already and she is waiting for a replacement in order for her to send it to me. It has now been 41 days since I placed my order at Game online and I still haven't received it. According to the Game representative at Time Freight, she is struggling to get any feedback from them. She was the only helpful one. She phoned me regularly to say that she is still waiting for feedback and she will inform me as soon as she has any news. I even told them that I will collect the fridge at the nearest branch. This is the worst service I ever received. I would much rather go the licence department or something of that sort before I buy anything from Game again. Do not promise a delivery of 3-5 days if you can't stand by it. They are quick to take your money but after that they are pathetic.
