4 weeks later

Handed in a Brabantia blender with a 5 year guarantee that just stopped working. It's been 4 weeks and still don't have my blender back. When I phoned I was told \I don't know where it is or when it will be back". Their service is s? poor. I'd rather buy somewhere else where I don't have to pay a service fee for an item that I already paid an arm and a leg for and then wait weeks to have it back. I handed in a broken console at a private institution the other day and the next day it was fixed and they phoned me. Game is a nation-wide retailer and should deliver much more but sadly they don't.
