3rd month and still waiting... UNDERMINED CUSTOMER

I've purchased a washing machine online on the 23rd of Feb 2021 which was then delivered weeks after, upon delivery the item was damaged till date I'm dealing with their tedious process to get a new machine. I don't know how much airtime I've spent calling them daily.... I'm never buying anything from game! To an extent I feel undermined.
