3months old...false impressions...all about sales and the money

I bought a laptop 3 months ago CASH in Mosselbay the sales guy which i know said that the laptop is 1 year guaranteed and under warranted ...yesterday i came with the laptop to the store the sales man Hanley Duncun which on my laptop he saw the problem told us me and my Dad that is the software which 1st of all never were manchin about things should go for repairs for 21days to see what the problem is..lady at the desk printed without documents to be signed never explain what she will do but luckily we didnt sign anything and phone castor service for the next step...the manager of the store Gart (Garrert) told us that only a half of laptop is under guaranteed i never bought a half of a laptop 1st of all and they never told us that only half of a laptop will be guaranteed are under warranted im disgusting in the service and under false impression to buy things with them...the saddest thing about it all we now have to use a public internet shop to do quotations for our clients we also running a business...
