33 days and still waiting

<p>purchased a laptop from the glen game store on the 13/06/2017 returned on the 14/06/2016 with a faulty battery and was booked in for repairs,33 days later and not a refund,replacement or phone call as to what is happening ,made a few calls and could not get a straight forward answer ,spoke to the manager and still no answer ,was promised a phone call with a follow up yet nothing </p>
