3 weeks without a working fridge waited 2 weeks for thw repair guy to come

We bought a fridge last year at game garden route mall . This fridge has been giving us problems ever since then we have filled 4 complaints regading this fridge every time they want to repair an repair but it keeps on breaking when is enough enough this damn thing cannot be repaired as we have explained this multiple times. We have been now with out a fridge since beginning of january it is now the 21st of january who is going to cover our loss in food contents due to not having a fridge the milk gets spoiled and we have 2 kids in our home that are going to school we need a fridge but you guys have so many excuses its ridiculouse really!!! Please come and fetch this broken thing you sold to us or replace it.
