I bought an ASUS laptop (which could not be checked in the store because the manufacturer recommends 3 hours of charging before the device is switched on). When I got home I charged the laptop and switched it on. It worked fine, but the moment you move it, at all, it switches off (pretty useless for a supposedly mobile device).
When I took it back to Game, after 4 days, I was told that: "If I wanted the money back, I should have brought it back within 24 hours of buying it". I now have to wait for them to send it to Pinnacle to be assessed for repairs (even though I made it very clear that I have no intention of taking back the ******* they sold me, even if they can fix it).
I now have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back for a faulty piece of *******. I will never recommend buying any electronic equipment from these people if this is how they operate!
