3 weeks and no delivery online order.desperate for basic food to be delivered

I put in my order on the 24th April and as they said 5-7 working days and is now 17 days, we ordered food, detergents, grocery line items we need these items to survive. Games has some chat which my wife had with a lady named Laika on 2 occasions said she will get back to her, then a call to the call center were a lady named Rene said she will get back to my wife and also never did. Please to whoever this gets to. We support this service because it's a safer option in this pandemic aswell you need to understand that we have purchased among many items food needed to survive basic foods.if games cannot stand by there own words please inform me and refund asap so I can go out and purchase these items...
