3 Week later and still waiting for my fridge to be exchange because of a fabric fauld on it... what more must I do!!!

On the 17th of October 2017 I bought a fridge from Game for R8000.00 (Hisense).

On the 1st day the rubber on the door kept coming out and the door does not close. The next day I went back to Game and they promised to exchange it before Friday the 20th.

Today is the 31st of October and I still did not hear from them. 3 Weeks.

I'm definitely not happy with they service.
