2nd time posting and yet nobody is willing to help!!!

Hi, About 2 years ago (it can be less than that) I've bought a 40" Sinotec TV cash by your N1 City branch...

The TV just went black and i lost the slip due to relocating.

Is there by any means a way you guys can assist me.
