24Hrs after delivery has been dispatched

I have never expected to have such a nauseating experience as I have with Game in Southgate Mall. I logged a complaint on the 13/12/2017 about not receiving my Samsung 9kg t/loader washing machine which I have purchased exactly 3 weeks ago, I then received a call from a lady advising that they have the stock available and I could collect it at the warehouse or pay the delivery fee. I specifically asked for the address of the warehouse in order for me to collect it, she advised me that she will send me the address, up to date I have not received it. I actually went back onto the complaint and asked for address but still no reply. I actually took the initiative to pay for the delivery on Friday 15/12/2017 and was advised that “it will be delivered on Monday (18/12/2017) as they do not deliver on public holidays”, guess what I still have not received it and when I called the store I was told that I should leave my name and number in order for them to call me once the stock has arrived. I got so upset that I actually dropped the call. I then decided to call back again and spoke to a guy by the name of Thabiso who then confirmed that the washing machine has actually been dispatched for deliver on 18/12/2017 @ 07h56. The most frustrating part is having people lie to you and making promises that they cannot keep, I keep calling and wasting my airtime to speak to someone who just says the 1st lie that comes to mind.
