21 Days

Purchased an electrical Bennett Read Pressure cooker on 29 July 2025. Returned the Cooker on 15 May 20276 with a faulty pressure valve. The Repair Agreement says "We will have any item under supplier warranty repaired for you. Should that take more than 21 days, the item will be ....." Not 21 working days. Not 'the repair centre only works week days ... On 5 June, some contact system was off line. Someone from Game phoned on 8 June. I did not answer the call. On visiting Game on the 10th June, I was told they are within the 21 days and will let me know. Why does Game have a 21 day repair policy and not say that is for working days only? My Opinion: don't buy anything electrical from Game. We have returned many electrical items but continue to go back. We are idiots. Buyers be warned! Anyway how long does it take to repair a faulty pressure valve?
