#*** - Delivery not 5 days as promised

Over 10 days without receiving my delivery, Game Online is useless - thought it would be easier as they promise 5day delivery time. They charge R200 and delivery one item at a time, take more than 5 days and no clue or notification when parcels arrive. Useless and I want a refund for the delivery fee. Pathetic
