2019 receipt

Since 20/10/2021,I have been asking for a 2019 purchase receipt.I don't know how many times I called.I initially spoke to Refilwe Motshwana @ centurion mall,game stores customer care. I did give her my email address and even called the store yesterday and gave them the email address to be used BUT till now,I'm waiting
